The most terrible words you can ever say to a newly wed woman "we are switching you to swing shift". Now it was not a 100% surprise but it still caught me off guard. I mean why on earth would they do something that mean to me??? I would really like to see the man that i married, not be like two boats passing in the night. My new shift will be from 4pm to 1am... so very very lame.
Maybe this will be good. I get a 4% increase in my pay... i get to go back to church and i dont have to deal with that new annoying supervisor. But i will still never be able to see Matt :*( I guess we will just have to see what happens...
This is how i felt when they told me I was going to swing...

Yes it sucks. But, think positively, at least you still have a job!
Oh... sweetie, that is rough. My aunt, who used to work with the colorado pd, said that swing shift was the best because she didnt have to deal with the boss! Lol.. it was a stress reliever for her.
I used to work those hours a long time ago, the worst part was trying to unwind enough to get to sleep before 3:00am (I mean if you get home from work at 5 you dont go to sleep at 6/7 right?
But hey,you get to sleep in now, awesome sauce! AND I always got so much done before work because businesses are open at that time and its easier to clean your house before work and not after.
As far as the hubby goes, you can appreciate and celebrate your weekends together that much more!!
I'm SORRY, sis! I love the hare picture! :)
YUCKY!
