I have not been keeping up to date with this whole blog thing... so here is whats been going on in a nut shell...

I did not get to participate on Easter but heard that everyone had a blast :) Hopefully I will be able to attend more family functions as I am changing over to day shift (again) starting May 3rd!!! So if you guys wanna hang out after 3pm I am 100% up for it!!!

Newest addition

Here it is ladies and gentlemen!! My new table. And on Friday... new carpet throughout the house. You know what that means :) Party at my house!!! Yay!!!

Isn't it so pretty?? We have chairs for six but it comfortably fits 8!! I just love it!!

FINALLY!!!

Well boys and girls... the day has finally come... we now have heat!! (Which means you will all be invited over to see the new house soon)

Thanks in large part to daddy (and his demand letter) Matt and I were blessed with a new A/C unit and for the first time since we moved in-we have heat.There it is!!! Just sitting on the truck waiting to be installed!!! All 4 tons of it :)

And this... this is how warm it was in my house when I left for work yesterday!!! 70!! I was so excited!!

It was a very nice and warm night in the Pedersen Household last night And for that I am very very thankful.

We finally figured out how to make it a little warmer in the living room... yes that is plastic encompassing our entire sliding glass door... except for the all important doggie door :)

It may look silly but it is super warm!!!

HVAC

So... it has finally come to this... after much shivering it has been decided that our HVAC unit must be condemned. I only wish that we did not have to wait 3 freaking weeks of living without heat to find this out.

It looks like our new unit is gonna cost around 5 grand :*(

Its a good thing that Matt and I are not newly weds and that we planted that money tree in the back yard.


Well enough whining for now. At least I have a fantastic home to live in and a husband and new puppy that love me very very very much!!

Keys

So... we signed for our house yesterday (dec 31st) :) Which means if all goes well we will get our keys tomorrow!! I am so excited!! Finally a house of my own (well matts too :P) And if we get the keys tomorrow then we have 8 days to move!! That is the really awesome part! I am so excited!!!
